Vineyards: Limestone pebbles dominate these vineyards. Surrounded by typical Provence woodlands with wild rosemary and thyme having an influence on the wines produced.

Winemaking: manual harvest. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats. 
Grapes : 60% Grenache & 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. 
Tasting : Beautiful ruby red in colour with cherry reflections. 

Nose: expressive with notes of cherry and raspberries.

Mouth on black fruits: blackberry, cherry. Supple, rich and velvety tannins. 

Pairing: Roasted poultry, Provençal stuffed vegetables.
